Being a human is hard work. It can leave you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, and disconnected from yourself. Whether you are navigating perinatal or postpartum challenges, daily stressors, or a major life transition, please know that you do not have to carry this weight alone. I am here to support you through what life throws your way.

Together, we will collaboratively set and achieve the therapeutic goals that matter most to you. My goal is to help you process your experiences without judgment, providing you with the clarity and tools needed to reclaim your peace, as well as, break free from old cycles, and feel grounded again in your daily life.”

My approach is deeply empathetic, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I firmly believe that lasting change is born within a safe, stable, and trusting therapeutic relationship. In our sessions, you are the expert of your own journey, and I am your dedicated partner. Together, we will create a secure space tailored entirely to your healing, personal growth, and daily resilience.

To best support your unique needs, I use an integrative framework. I draw from evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and person-centered care. You deserve to live the life you envision, and it is never too late to start creating it. Let’s take that first step together.

When I’m not working, I spend most of my time hanging out with my family and my dogs—Eleanor, an English Cream Golden, and Teddy, my favorite mutt. If I’m not with them, I’m almost certainly curled up on my porch with a great book.
