I enjoy working with individual adults and teens from all walks of life, and my approach has been described as direct but supportive and kind.
A little about me: My first years in college were spent getting my bachelors in History and Humanities. My fascination with our shared human story and a love for our individual stories led me to pursue a career as a therapist later on! I graduated from Texas Tech University with a Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have extensive training in CBT, including Trauma Focus. I also bring ACT practices into treatment to help people let go of what cannot be changed.
