Therapy can be a space to slow down, feel understood, and begin making sense of the experiences that shape how you see yourself and connect with others. I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating concerns such as trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, chronic illness, perfectionism, relationship challenges, self-esteem, and self-worth. I also enjoy working with couples who want to improve communication, strengthen emotional connection, and develop a deeper understanding of one another.

My approach is warm, collaborative, experiential, and attachment-based. I believe our past experiences, relationships, and beliefs influence how we understand ourselves and move through the world. Together, we can slow down and explore what you are experiencing, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop new ways of relating to yourself and others.

I draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Existential Therapy, and the Gottman Method Couples Therapy, along with trauma-informed, systemic, relational, and attachment-based approaches. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I tailor therapy to your experiences, needs, values, and goals.

I believe meaningful change happens when we develop greater capacity to engage with our emotions, challenge old patterns, and create a life story that reflects our values, meaning, and resilience. My goal is not simply to help you feel better in the moment, but to help you move toward a life that feels more authentic and meaningful to you.

Above all, I want you to feel that you can show up as your whole self in the therapy room. I bring warmth, compassion, curiosity, occasional humor, and a willingness to gently challenge you when it may support your growth. You don’t have to navigate the process alone. I want you to feel understood, empowered, and that I am walking beside you every step of the way.
