Emma Stewart, LMHP, LPC

Emma Stewart, LMHP, LPC believes that therapy can help us understand ourselves and how we interact with the world around us. She graduated from Doane University with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2021, is DBT-informed and practices from a person-centered orientation. Emma also holds additional graduate credits from Northern Seminary, as she is interested in the integration of spiritual and clinical care, knowing everyone’s path forward looks different. 

Having worked and volunteered at Mourning Hope Grief Center since 2016, Emma is passionate about companioning the bereaved through unique and complex grief. While she works with all ages 16+, she has 5 years of experience working at Doane University and UNL, and enjoys working with young adults in discerning identity and career paths. Other areas of clinical focus include anxiety, depression, relationships, and life transitions. Emma offers free 15-minute consultation calls and would love to talk through services with you, as the therapeutic relationship can be one of the most important parts of your healing.
