Brenna Erdman, PLMHP
I believe therapy is a unique and transformative space where self-exploration can unfold in an open, nonjudgmental environment. My goal is to create a therapeutic relationship that is authentic, collaborative, and supportive, offering you a space where you can feel safe to share, process, and grow. Whether you're navigating specific challenges, working through difficult emotions, or simply seeking a space to be heard, I’m here to listen, guide, and help you uncover the clarity and resilience you need to move forward.
I work with individuals 16 and older, addressing a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder, and more. I enjoy helping those navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, and the unique experiences of college students. My passion lies in supporting those experiencing chronic illness or chronic pain, and I am deeply committed to providing affirming and inclusive care for the LGBTQIA+ community.
My therapeutic style is eclectic, drawing from evidence-based approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). This allows me to tailor our work together to your unique needs, preferences, and goals, ensuring that therapy feels both effective and meaningful to you.
I accept private pay as well as a variety of insurance plans, including Aetna, Ambetter, Midlands Choice/Auxiant, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Medicaid (Molina, Nebraska Total Care, United Healthcare Community Plan). In person sessions are available at our downtown Lincoln location, and Telehealth appointments are available for anyone located in Nebraska.
If you’re ready to take the first step toward personal growth and healing, I invite you to reach out and schedule a session today. Let’s take the next step in your journey together.
