Brenna Erdman, intern

I am interning as I complete my master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling through The University of Nebraska at Kearney. I believe that therapy is a truly special place. It is my belief that creating a nonjudgmental environment is important for honest self-exploration. I believe that the therapeutic relationship should be one of authenticity, collaboration, and one that feels safe and supportive. I am honored to create space for clients to share their lives with me, and I am committed to empowering clients with tools to grow into their most ideal selves.

As I begin my career, I am interested in working with all types of individuals. Wherever you are in your journey, whatever you are seeking from therapy, I want to take those next steps with you! I have special interests in working with college students, relationships, depression, anxiety, life transitions, and LGBTQIA+ individuals.
