Brenna Erdman, PLMHP
I believe therapy can be a powerful space for self-discovery and growth — a place to breathe, reflect, and reconnect with yourself. My goal is to create a therapeutic space that is authentic, collaborative, and supportive, where you can feel safe to share, process, and grow. Whether you’re navigating a big life change, working through difficult emotions, or simply wanting to understand yourself on a deeper level, I’m here to walk alongside you. Together, we’ll work toward helping you find more clarity, confidence, and resilience as you move forward.
I work with adults age 20 and older, supporting clients through a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), relationship challenges, and life transitions. I have a particular passion for working with those navigating chronic illness or chronic pain, as well as providing affirming, inclusive care for the LGBTQIA+ community.
My approach to therapy is flexible and individualized. I draw from evidence-based methods like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). This allows us to create a plan that fits you — your story, your pace, and your goals — so therapy feels both meaningful and effective.
I accept private pay as well as a variety of insurance plans, including Aetna, Ambetter, Midlands Choice/Auxiant, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Medicaid (Molina, Nebraska Total Care, United Healthcare Community Plan). In person sessions are available at our downtown Lincoln location, and Telehealth appointments are available for anyone located in Nebraska.
If you’re ready to take that next step toward healing and growth, I’d love to connect. Let’s move forward together — one step at a time.
