Insurance, Payment & Cancellation Information
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- Do I have a copay and if so, how much?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
Our providers may accept different insurances. Call or email us today to find out if yours is accepted.
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
Private Pay
Some of our providers may accept private pay on a sliding scale. Call or email us today to find out more about private pay
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be assessed a $75.00 no show/late cancellation fee. Services will be terminated with too many no shows/late cancellations.
No Surprises Act
The No Surprises Act is a federal law that protects patients from unexpected medical bills in certain situations. For our therapy services, this means we strive to provide clear information about our fees and insurance coverage to avoid any unexpected charges. If you have questions about costs, billing, or insurance, please don't hesitate to reach out. We are committed to transparency and ensuring you understand your financial responsibilities.
