Gabrielle Jensen, PLMHP

"One Day, or Day One"

Starting therapy is a vulnerable step, and it often comes at a time when life feels heavy, confusing, or simply too much to carry alone. As a mom myself, I understand how emotional the postpartum experience can be—how joy can mix with fear, exhaustion, or feelings you didn’t expect. Whether you’re navigating motherhood, healing from trauma, or trying to make sense of patterns that keep resurfacing, you deserve a space where you feel safe, truly seen, and supported. My goal is to help you process what has felt overwhelming, integrate past experiences, and move toward greater clarity, resilience, and self-connection, at your own pace.

I support adults across all life stages, focusing on trauma recovery, postpartum challenges, ADHD, OCD, anxiety, depression, and more. My approach is warm, relational, and trauma-informed, centered on emotional safety. If you desire it, I offer Christian counseling—never expected, always respected. My goal is to provide care that feels genuinely supportive.

Together, we’ll move toward a deeper sense of alignment in your life at a pace that feels steady, supportive, and compassionate. I will help you reconnect with your strengths, your voice, and your sense of safety. Along the way, we will nurture hope, build resilience, and guide you gently through your personal journey of healing, growth, and self-discovery.
